1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or otherwise using the jea9 platform and its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and jea9 (the operator). These terms are governed by the principles of fair and transparent online gaming and apply to all users accessing jea9 services from Bangladesh and any other permitted jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jea9 cannot be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. • Password Security: Use a strong, unique password for your jea9 account and do not share it with any third party.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or otherwise transferring your account to another individual is prohibited.
• KYC Compliance: You must provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jea9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank cards. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed within the payment section of your account dashboard. jea9 does not charge any fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and account balance confirmation. jea9 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the withdrawal policy. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will be rejected.
• Processing Times: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-72 hours subject to successful KYC verification and compliance review.
• Fraud Prevention: jea9 actively monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Any account found to be engaged in fraudulent deposit or withdrawal behaviour will be immediately suspended and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jea9 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. jea9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.

• One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. Each player is entitled to claim a given promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Expiry: All bonuses and free spins have an expiry date. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will be automatically removed from your account upon expiry without compensation.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jea9 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any jea9 content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jea9 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the jea9 platform.

jea9 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. jea9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable, but cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times.

11. Amendments to Terms

jea9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the jea9 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Where a material change is made to these terms, jea9 will endeavour to notify registered users via email or in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect, though this notification is provided as a courtesy and does not affect the binding nature of the revised terms once published.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law.
